The designers have come up with a new logo for the Heifer, this will be used on such things as the House Wine bottles, menus etc.

Artists impression of the view of the building from the outside. this will have a covered area with lighting and heaters, protected by glazed screens surrounding it.

REFURBISHMENT

The builders have finally finished after 3 weeks of quite extensive alterations. We've had a mad 24 hours since Friday afternoon, attempting to clean up and put the finishing touches to the bar and dining areas.

The kitchen has also had a complete overhaul, all the old appliances ripped out along with the worksurfaces, this has given us the opportuity to completely re-design the layout, hoping to allow a less stressful working environment, but we'll still get stressed anyway, it wouldn't be a proper kitched otherwise. But the Chef's now have an open serving area to deliver the food to the pub, so the swearing has to stop, we don't want the customers to upset and offend them with any bad language.
